The information domain is where information is created, manipulated, and shared. It is the domain that facilitates the communication of information among war fighters. It is the domain where the command and control of modern military forces is communicated and where the commander’s intent is conveyed. The information that exists in the information domain may or may not truly reflect ground truth.
